25ml Benedictine
2 dashes of Absinthe

A  good use of dry vermouth, using the sweet herbal flavours of benedictine with a hint of aniseed. Similar to the aroma of the flower it is named after.
An excellent aperitif.
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled sherry style glass.
Decorate/Garnish with twist of orange.
