90ml hot strong coffee
60ml fresh cream
2 tsp brown sugar

The most popular of warm drinks using a suitable liquor with piping hot coffee which is topped with cream. Invented in 1942 by Joe Sheridan the chef at Foynes Flying Boat Station in County Limerick, Ireland, (which is now Shannon Airport) during a storm to keep weary passengers happy after their plains were grounded.
Heat coffee style glass, then add a little coffee to sugar to dissolve.
Add whiskey and more coffee and stir.
Aerate cream and float on top.
Decorate/Garnish with ground coffee.
