The Martini
90ml Gin or Vodka
5ml Dry Vermouth
An essential ingredient
of the
Martini is oil which floats on the
top of the drink.
This is created by dropping
an olive
onto the drink and letting the
oil from the skin float naturally
or by twisting the oil
from the peel of a lemon onto
 the top of the drink.

The classic cocktail prepared differently as shown on the video. An interesting twist between using gin and using vodka.
Lemon twists and olives are always the choice of the consumer.
Gin Martini:
Add the gin and vermouth into an ice filled mixing glass and stir until cold, then
strain ingredients into a chilled martini style glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Vodka Martini:
Add the vodka and vermouth into an ice filled shaker and shake until cold, then
strain ingredients into a chilled martini style glass.
Garnish with an olive.
