Ramos Fizz
45ml Gin
15ml lemon juice
15ml lime juice
30ml sugar syrup
10ml orange flower water
60ml cream
1 egg white
Top with soda water

A classic fizz which originated in New Orleans and has spanned three centuries to be recognised as one of the world's most popular cocktails.  
Dry shake all ingredients except soda water until completely frothed and then add ice to the shaker.
Long shake with ice and strain into a chilled hi-ball style glass.
Top with soda water and stir.
Decorate/Garnish with lemon slice. Serve with straws.
