6 Geese A Laying
40ml Rum
15ml Frangelico
15ml Sweet Vermouth
5 ml Amaretto
5ml sugar
60ml cream

A combination of great warming flavours, topped off with pouring cream and nuts.  
Stir all ingredients except cream over ice and strain into a chilled balloon style glass.
Float double cream on top.
Decorate/Garnish with crushed hazelnuts.
