Stone Sour
60ml Rye Whisky
30ml orange juice
20ml lemon juice
20ml Sugar syrup
1 egg white
Angostura Bitters

A variation on the original whisky sour using both lemon and orange juice, sweetened with simple (sugar) syrup.  
Add all ingredients except bitters to the shaker and dry-shake until egg white is nice and frothy.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until drink is cold, then strain into a chilled goblet or old-fashioned style glass.
Dash of Angostura bitters on top.
